My son enjoys learning about science and animals. I am thankful that he has learned the value of knowledge. In the picture above, he is expanding his knowledge as he reads a book at the San Antonio Missions National Historic Park in 2009. He was 7 years old at the time. Hi!! My name is Claudia. Welcome to my blog! I consider blogging a creative and therapeutic activity/hobby for me to channel my emotions, thoughts, and ideas. Mental illness has also been part of my life, so you'll sometimes find mental health and psychology in my posts. I've dealt with anxiety and depression most of my life. And my husband has bipolar disorder. My hope is that I may show readers that it is possible for people to live positive, productive lives despite mental illness, challenges, or frustrations.
