Maintaining the Good Habits…

This is my six word entry #22 for Six Word Saturday:

Maintaining the good habits-not easy.

Last week I felt so very motivated to begin the habit of “early to bed, early to rise“. Turns out it is much more difficult for me than I thought. Life seems to pop up and give me more to care about, do, or get distracted with. Both the good and the bad. Whether it’s spending more time with my son, husband, parents; trying to avoid the frustrations at work with extra sleep or interesting TV; not being able to sleep due to a medication for an ovarian cyst; or just feeling tired, attempting to go to sleep early and waking early has not been easy. That has been the case for this week for sure. One of my best motivators is knowing that this habit is good for me and my family.  Another motivator is that continuing it, despite the few slip ups here and there, will make maintaining the habit much easier.
